po observed this vehicle to have 2 blue headlights which is a violation of mgl 90:7e. officer stopped this vehicle based on this observation. officer informed him why he was stopped and asked if he had a permit for this display of lights, the operator stated that he did not have a permit from the rmv for them. officer asked if he was a police officer, to which, he stated no. operator stated that he can control the color of the lights through a remote control.
