Narrative

officers responded to cvs for a shoplifter. store employees stated that the male that the called on had already fled but stated a male that they have caught shoplifting in the past had just walked into store. officers made contact with (xxx) and advised him that store refuses his business and that he is asked to leave the store on managers request. (xxx) complied and left the store. officers checked his status on mobile data terminal which revealed no active warrants. officers again advised (xxx) not to return to store to which he stated he would not.
